Demi Gods VI step by step
The stake ladder, the way a line pays, the path through the bonus and the three panel buttons that change the pace of a session.
The bet: per line and in total#
The first thing that confuses new players here is the arithmetic on the panel. You set 0.01 and the game charges 0.5. Nothing is wrong: the 50 paylines are fixed on, so the figure you choose is the bet per line and the game multiplies it by 50 to reach the cost of the spin.
| Bet per line | Total per spin | 3 tens on a line (5x the line bet) | 5 Asgard on a line (300x the line bet) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.01 | 0.5 | 0.05 | 3 |
| 0.1 | 5 | 0.5 | 30 |
| 1 | 50 | 5 | 300 |
| 10 | 500 | 50 | 3,000 |
Two things fall out of that table. The first is that the cheapest real spin in this game costs 0.5 and the dearest costs 500, with every step in between available on the same control. The top of the ladder is a real setting, 10 per line for a 500 total, and the bottom rung behaves exactly the same way with smaller numbers.
The second is that fixed lines are a convenience rather than a restriction. You never have to work out whether covering 20 lines at a higher value beats 50 at a lower one, because the question does not exist. Pick the step you are comfortable repeating, divide your budget by it to see how many spins that buys, and the rest of the panel gets simpler.

How a line pays#
Wins are read along the 50 fixed lines, and the diagram for every one of them sits in the game’s info panel. Matching symbols run from the leftmost reel rightwards, which is why a cluster sitting in the middle of the grid with nothing on reel one under it pays nothing by itself.
Every prize is quoted as a multiple of the bet per line. Three of a kind is where most of the action lives: 5x on the J and the ten, 10x on the K and the Q, 15x on the A, 25x on Odin and Loki, 30x on Freja and Heimdall, and 35x on Asgard. Four of a kind runs from 10x to 80x, and five on a line from 30x on the ten to 300x on Asgard.
The wild is an ornate round shield. It stands in for other symbols to complete a line, and it also pays in its own right: five wilds along one line are worth 300x the bet per line, level with the top symbol on the table. While the Extra Wilds mode is running it appears as a glowing hammer tile instead, which is a visual change rather than a rule change.
Last, the part that has nothing to do with you: a random multiplier of 2x or 3x can attach itself to any base-game win. A 60x four-of-a-kind on Odin becomes 120x or 180x with no extra stake and no trigger. The features page covers that and the four bonus modes in full.

Entering the free spins and what happens next#
Three or more full-sized free spins symbols in one spin open the Free Spins Journey. You do not choose a mode and you do not spin a wheel: the round starts at LOKI, and the rest of the path arrives on its own.
- LOKI runs a Winning Symbols Respin: symbols that paid hold their places while the rest of the grid spins again.
- THOR brings Extra Wilds, seeding more wilds across the reels.
- FREJA runs a Shifting Reels Respin, moving the reels and rebuilding lines from what is already there.
- ODIN closes the path with a Stacked Wilds Respin, the heaviest of the four.
The order is confirmed by the game itself. Finish a Winning Symbols Respin round and the end panel names the next mode in plain type, which is a rare piece of clarity in a bonus round. A round that triggers on the reels gives 10 or 11 free spins, and a bought round gives 12.
Once the round finishes, it closes itself and the win lands in your balance without a further stake or a side bet to resolve. If you want to know what the top of that path is worth, the RTP page prices the 900x round ceiling at every step of the ladder.

Panel buttons: autoplay, quick spin and BUY#
Beyond the stake control, the panel holds a small set of buttons that change how a session feels without touching how it resolves.
Autoplay takes a number of spins and runs them at a steady pace. It is the control to reach for when you want to watch the Free Spins Journey indicator rather than the spin button, and it gives a session an end built into it rather than one you have to decide in the moment.
Quick spin shortens the reel animation. It is worth switching on once you know the paytable well enough that you no longer need to watch the reels land, and worth leaving off while you are still learning what each result is worth.
BUY sits under the grid in the base game. One press, one price: 36x your total bet, delivering 12 free spins in the Winning Symbols Respin mode. At a 0.5 stake that is 18; at 500 it is 18,000. Read that as a price, because that is what it is: the cost of 36 ordinary spins at the stake you are on. It makes no claim about how long the round would take to arrive by itself, and three free spins symbols in the base game still open the same mode for nothing.

The strategy page is where those three controls turn into an actual session plan, with the buy price translated into spins.
Reading the screen while it moves#
Once the panel makes sense, the next skill is knowing where to look during a spin. These are the places that repay attention.
The line count badge. It reads 50 and it never changes, which is your confirmation that you are on the base edition rather than one of the other titles carrying the Demi Gods VI name.
The win display. When a line pays, the amount shown is the prize already converted into your currency of play, not the raw multiplier. If you want the multiplier, divide by the bet per line, and the paytable in the info panel will match.
The multiplier flash. The random 2x or 3x announces itself on the win rather than before the spin, so the sequence is always: symbols land, line pays, multiplier applies. If a result looks larger than the paytable suggests, that is why.
The Free Spins Journey indicator. During free spins it shows which of the four stages is running, and at the end of a round it names the next. LOKI to THOR to FREJA to ODIN, in that order, every time.
Common first-session mistakes#
All of them easy to avoid once they are named.
Reading the paytable as a multiple of the spin. It is a multiple of the bet per line. At 0.01 per line, five Asgard symbols on a line pay 3 rather than 300, because the 300x applies to the line bet. Get that one conversion right and nothing else on this table can mislead you.
Treating the buy price as a wait time. The BUY button costs 36x the total bet, which is the cost of 36 ordinary spins at your stake. It says nothing about how long the round would take to arrive on its own, and the free path via three free spins symbols is open the whole time.
Setting the stake by the total rather than by the line. The control moves the line bet, and the total follows. If you want a 5 spin, set 0.1 per line. Trying to reach a total directly leads to a lot of tapping and, occasionally, to a stake one step higher than intended.
One more worth adding: opening a session with turbo already on. It shortens every animation, including the ones that teach you what just happened, so a first session is the wrong place for it. Turn it on once the paytable and the multiplier behaviour are familiar.
First-day questions#
Which language will the game open in? English is one of the 15 languages the client carries, and the paytable and the feature descriptions come through in the same language as the panel.
What device does it want? The client is HTML5 at 24.9 MB, which means it runs in a browser tab on a laptop and in a browser tab on a phone with no install between you and the reels. If the phone is where you play most, the casino’s own app is the neater path and the app page covers the install.
Where do I read what a symbol pays? In the info panel behind the question-mark button, where the ten symbols are listed with their five, four and three of a kind values, followed by the diagrams for all 50 lines. It is the one screen worth opening before the first spin.
Can I switch some lines off? No need to try: all 50 are fixed and always included in the stake. That is the single rule that explains most of the panel.
What does a win look like at a small stake? Take 0.1 per line, a 5 spin. Three tens or three jacks return 0.5, three kings or queens 1, three aces 1.5, three Asgard 3.5. Four Odin on a line pay 6, and five Heimdall pay 25. With the random 2x or 3x on top, that last one reaches 50 or 75, and the ceiling on the whole round at that stake is 4,500. Those are the amounts a session on the second rung of the ladder is actually made of.

Start in the demo if any of this is still abstract, then read the full game card for the release date, the coverage figures and everything else the lobby leaves out.
18+. Before you raise the stake, decide how much the session is worth to you: the responsible gambling page explains how to set that limit.
